I enjoy exploring the possibilities of the image of the Hamsa. In these pieces the shape of the doves is emphasized by the simple elegance of the glasses.
The bottom creation was commissioned by Ameinu Detroit as a gift for an honoree at their annual Tribute Dinner. I was pleased to have a part in honoring this years recipients. This design is a Hamsa – a symbol of good luck. This Hamsa measures 18″ X 18″ but I have used this same design several times, in various sizes. It can be modified to suit your needs.
